2025年11月5日，集团与沙特阿拉伯领先的多元化企业——Al-Ajlan Global（阿吉兰集团）正式签署合战略合作意向协议，标志着双方在装配式建筑与绿色科技领域的合作迈入全新阶段。本次合作构建了“技术驱动+资本赋能”的共赢模式，我方作为技术提供方，输出绿色建造、超低能耗与智能制造等核心技术；沙方则凭借其资本实力、本地市场积淀与网络资源，为项目落地提供坚实保障。

On November 5, 2025, Citi-Raise formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Al-Ajlan Global, a leading diversified enterprise in Saudi Arabia. This marks a new phase in their collaboration within the fields of prefabricated construction and green technology. This collaboration establishes a mutually beneficial model driven by technology and empowered by capital. As the technology provider, Citi-Raise will deliver core technologies including green construction, ultra-low energy consumption, and smart manufacturing. The Saudi partner, leveraging its capital strength, deep local market presence, and extensive network resources, will provide robust support for project implementation.

从8月初步接触，到11月再度来访，双方高效互动的背后是对中国绿色建造技术的高度认可，也是对中东市场未来发展的共同信心。此次意向协议的签署是双方互信互鉴、共谋发展的里程碑成果，为双方在中东及“一带一路”沿线市场的深度合作打开了新局面，也将成为中国绿色建造标准“走出去”的又一重要范例。

From initial discussions in August to a follow-up visit in November, the efficient interactions reflect both parties' high recognition of China's green construction technologies and shared confidence in the future development of the Middle East market. The signing of this agreement represents a milestone achievement in mutual trust, learning, and collaborative development, opening new avenues for deep cooperation in the Middle East and Belt and Road markets. It will also serve as another significant example of China's green construction standards going global.

根据协议，阿吉兰集团将作为我集团在沙特阿拉伯及中东和北非（MENA）地区的合作伙伴，共同推动中国装配式建筑系统、绿色建造技术与智能建造标准在中东市场的落地与应用，双方将聚焦市场开拓、技术转移与本地化生产，并计划联合开展预制建筑产业园的可行性研究，积极响应沙特“2030愿景”对可持续发展的战略需求。

Under the agreement, Ajlan Group will serve as Citi-Raise's partner in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Together, they will advance the implementation and application of China's prefabricated building systems, green construction technologies, and smart construction standards in the Middle East market. Both parties will focus on market development, technology transfer, and localized production. They also plan to jointly conduct feasibility studies for prefabricated building industrial parks, actively responding to the strategic demand for sustainable development outlined in Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.

作为合作起点，双方已规划多个标杆性初期项目，包括：60层超高层商住综合体，融合商业与住宅功能，打造区域新地标；高效节地商业建筑，在10000平米的有限土地上开发35000平米的建筑面积，实现高强度、高品质开发；以及3000套规模的政府公共住房项目。充分展现双方在高端项目中的资源整合与技术协同能力，共同树立中东地区绿色建筑新典范。

As a starting point for collaboration, both parties have planned several benchmark initial projects, including: - A 60-story super high-rise commercial-residential complex  to create a new regional landmark; - A highly efficient, land-saving commercial building developing 35,000 square meters of floor area on a limited 10,000-square-meter site, achieving high-density, high-quality development; - A government public housing project comprising 3,000 units. These projects fully demonstrate both parties' capabilities in resource integration and technological synergy for high-end developments, jointly establishing new benchmarks for green building in the Middle East.
