That morning, at the site of the Sheshan 21-Qiu Large-scale Residential Community Project, the delegation observed the innovative application of integrating "prefabricated + ultra-low energy consumption" technology in affordable housing. With a prefabrication rate exceeding 90%, the project's construction efficiency has increased by 50% compared to traditional methods, a remarkable achievement that impressed and drew praise from the delegation. Inside the show flats, the delegation experienced firsthand the project's excellent performance in aspects like air tightness and thermal insulation. Overall energy consumption is reduced by over 60% compared to current standards, significantly enhancing living comfort and space utilization. This fully demonstrated Citi-Raise's leading strength in promoting construction industrialization and green development, earning high praise from the delegation.

下午，代表团一行前往海盐装配式生产基地，参观了智能化生产线与绿色工厂建设成果。基地通过智能管控系统实现生产全过程“零扬尘、零建筑垃圾”，打造绿色、低碳、高效的现代制造样板。基地厂房集成光伏发电、雨水回收、河道治理等可持续设计，全方位践行绿色制造理念，其中厂房外墙双T板的设计引起了代表团的浓厚兴趣，这种创新既能让建筑更加坚固，又可以隔热节能，同时还能丰富外立面造型，展现了企业在建筑产业现代化与环保融合方面的积极探索，获得沙特嘉宾的一致认可。

In the afternoon, the delegation proceeded to the Haiyan Prefabricated Production Base, where they toured the intelligent production lines and the achievements in green factory construction. The base utilizes an intelligent control system to achieve "zero dust emission, zero construction waste" throughout the production process, creating a model of green, low-carbon, and efficient modern manufacturing. The factory buildings integrate sustainable designs such as photovoltaic power generation, rainwater recycling, and river course treatment, comprehensively implementing the concept of green manufacturing. The design of the double T-plates used in the factory walls particularly piqued the delegation's keen interest. This innovation enhances structural strength, provides thermal insulation and energy savings, and enriches the facade design, showcasing the company's active exploration in integrating construction industry modernization with environmental protection, which received unanimous recognition from the Saudi guests.
